New high speed fiber laser scribing machine for solar cell is used to scribe or cut the solar cells and silicon wafers in solar PV industry, including the mono-si ( mono crystalline silicon) and poly-si ( poly crystalline silicon) solar cells and silicon wafer.

1. Using the 1064nm infrared light source, fixed optical path, good beam quality, thin laser scribing width, small heat-affected zone. cell cutting section is more neat, less damage to the solar cell, and cutting high precision
2. High-speed cutting solar cells, max speed could be 4000 PCS Per hour.
